Voucher Usage:

Vouchers may be used as payment during the specified validity period.

Valid for one child only.

Payment:

Non-refundable.
50% payment upfront is required.

Appointment Details:

Late arrivals will not be refunded or given extra treatment time.
Upgrades are allowed at an additional cost.
